We machine our handlebar mounts here in the USA from high-quality aluminum.  We machine and mold all of our Techgripper® components in the USA from stainless steel and marine-grade plastics.  Wireless components are manufactured overseas.  Radar plates are made from stamped aluminum in the USA.  All products are designed, assembled and packaged in the USA.

Ball Size:

Our handlebar mounts have a 17mm ball that is compatible with nearly all Techmount® holder systems.  They are not compatible with 1" (25mm) products.

Handlebar Sizing:

Please measure or verify the diameter of your handlebars carefully before purchasing to ensure correct fitment.  If you only have tools to measure the circumference of your handlebars, please convert to diameter to determine the correct sizing.

Standard size fits ⅞" (22mm), 1" (25mm), 1 ⅛" (29mm), and 1 ¼" (32mm) diameter handlebars.  The aluminum handlebar clamp is sized to fit 1 ¼" (32mm) diameter handlebars, and can be easily fit to the smaller diameters with the three included bushings.  This size range is suitable for nearly all factory handlebars.

Larger sizes are available for oversize aftermarket handlebars and are each provided with one bushing:  Our 1 ½" (38mm) clamp has a bushing for 1 ¼" (32mm) handlebars, our 1 ¾" clamp (44mm) has a bushing for 1 ½" (38mm) handlebars, and our 2" (51mm) clamp has a bushing for 1.85" (47mm) handlebars.
