Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Claims

We have a 30 day no questions asked return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us either by phone or on the Contact Us page to begin your return or exchange. We do not cover return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs. Refunds can take a few business days to show up on credit card statements depending on the card issuer.

Please contact us by phone, email or the contact us page to begin the warranty process. We have a photo warranty policy meaning that we do request a photo of the broken product which allows us to confirm which product it is.
